Every year, GingerBread Lane uses hundreds and hundreds of pounds of dough, icing, and candy. In the early years, I did not keep track of how many pounds of candy and icing were used. Since 1997, I have kept track of these figures, and in addition to that, I have some specific numbers from years past.
